Desk and Examination Copies for Educators
Harvard Education Press provides desk and examination copies to college professors and instructors upon request. We ask that all requests be submitted through the brief digital form on this page. Please note that we can only fulfill requests for Harvard Education Press titles. We do not fulfill requests for Harvard University Press or Harvard Business Publishing and we are not able to provide exam or desk copies for Teaching Assistants.
Desk Copies
We will send complimentary desk copies to instructors who confirm their course using the form below. Instructors may request up to three desk copies per year.
Examination Copies
Instructors may request up to three books for review annually. Instructors who confirm adoption of a title within 60 days of receiving it are welcome to keep the book as a desk copy. We ask that instructors who do not adopt the title, return the book or pay the invoice.
To submit a desk or examination copy request, please complete the following form. Use the "Mailing Address" fields to list the best address where you can receive mail at this time. Requests will ship via USPS and arrive within 14-20 business days.
