    Freire and a Feminist Pedagogy of Difference

    A feminist critique that challenges traditional Western knowledge systems is presented. A feminist pedagogy reflects the ideas of Paulo Freire's liberatory pedagogy and builds on and enriches his ideas in several ways, such as through its exploration of the perspectives of people of different races, classes and cultures.
