    COVID-19 Service Update for Subscribers


    1. Why haven't I received my copies of the 2020 Harvard Educational Review?
    Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have seen a significant disruption in the delivery of printed journals. We therefore reluctantly decided to suspend the production and physical delivery of print issues of the Harvard Educational Review as of June 2020, which impacted the Summer, Fall, and Winter 2020 issues. We will resume distribution of print journals in Spring 2021. Print subscribers will receive all outstanding issues.

    2. How can I access the Harvard Educational Review?
    All subscribers have access to the journal online at: https://www.hepgjournals.org/. In addition to the current issue, subscribers can access the digitized archive dating back to 1964. If you have not yet set up your digital access, please email us for assistance at: meridiansupport@allenpress.com. Please include your account number, your email, and/or your shipping address, and any other identifying information associated with your subscription. Once we have verified your subscription, we will help you activate your online account.  

    3. When will I start to receive my print copies again?
    The Winter 2020 issue will begin shipping mid-March, and will be followed by the Fall 2020 and Summer 2020 issues. Please note that, due to printing and distribution limitations, each issue will ship separately. All outstanding issues should be shipped by the end of April. We will resume our usual quarterly print distribution beginning with the Spring 2021 issue in April.
     
    4. When Harvard Education Publishing Group starts shipping print copies again, will I automatically receive the issues that I’ve missed during the intervening period?
    Yes, all print subscribers will receive their missed copies. Each issue will be shipped separately by the end of April.
     
    5. I have a subscription that includes online access, but I’ve never used it. How do I activate my online subscription?
    All Harvard Educational Review subscribers have access to the online journal. Please email us at meridiansupport@allenpress.com to activate your online access. Please include your account number, your email, and/or your shipping address, and any other identifying information associated with your subscription. Once we have verified your subscription, we will help you activate your online account.   
     
    6. I want to reduce my carbon footprint. Can I convert my print subscription to an online-only subscription?
    If you have already paid for a print + online subscription, but no longer want to receive the print copy, you do not need to take any action at this time.  When it comes time to renew, you should indicate your desire to transition to an online-only subscription.
